Unsuccessful applicants to the travel grants are requested to pay for the participation. Symposium fees amount 150 Euro for each non-grantee PhD student, and 200 Euro for senior scientists. If you pay for your participation, you are entitled to the symposium bags + material (abstracts books, programmes book, block notes, writing accessories), attendance to all plenary and parallel sessions, lunches, symposium diner and coffee breaks. You have to arrange your diners and hotel rooms by your own. The organizing team can help with hotel rooms.
If you are interested in taking part to an excursion (see the link post symposium excursions), you have the possibility to combine symposium fees with the excursion ones into a single amount and pay it once.
